How Many Risers Fit in a Zion Case?
Twenty-four. Both the standard vertical and the standard horizontal Zion display case take 24 risers. Only the grid changes.
| Case | Grid | Risers |
|---|---|---|
| Zion vertical, standard | 8 × 3 | 24 |
| Zion horizontal, standard | 6 × 4 | 24 |
Does the design change the count?
No. Honeycomb, Faceted, and Featherlite all seat the same way against the case floor, so the count is 24 regardless of which one you pick. Choose on looks.
What a full case weighs
Risers are matte PLA, so a full case adds real weight. Here is what 24 of each comes to.
| Design | Per riser | Full case of 24 | Height |
|---|---|---|---|
| Featherlite | 16 g | 384 g | 19.3 mm |
| Honeycomb | 22 g | 528 g | 20.3 mm |
| Faceted | 32 g | 768 g | 25.1 mm |
That is a 384 g spread between the lightest and heaviest full set. Whether it matters depends on your preference.
Will your slabs fit?
The riser channel takes slabs up to 9 mm thick. Standard graded slabs run about 6 mm, so PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC standard holders all seat without trouble. Thicker multi-card and memorabilia slabs may not.
Mixing colors in one case
Each set ships in a single color. If you want two colors in the same case, order separate sets and split them across the grid.
Ordering
All three designs are printed to order on our own print farm in Delaware. See the full riser lineup, including the sizing table and fitment details.
