Quick answers to the questions we get most. Still stuck? The bottom of this page gets you to a human.
Fit and sizing
Will it fit my slab?
Every product page lists the holders it's built for: PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC. Bumpers and frames are sized per grading company, so a PSA bumper is for PSA slabs. If a product doesn't fit the standard holder it's listed for, that's on us. See Returns & Damage.
What about oversized, thick-card or older slabs?
Our fits are built around each grader's current standard holder. Oversized holders, thick-card holders and older holder generations can measure differently and may not fit. Email us your holder type before you order and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do your risers fit my display case?
Our risers are built for Zion display cases. The standard vertical and standard horizontal Zion cases both take 24 risers. Here's the full breakdown. Other brands' cases can have different interiors, so we can't promise a fit in those.
Materials and care
What are your products made of?
PLA, 3D printed in-house in Delaware. Parts that need to flex or cushion are printed in TPU, and some products include magnets. Each product page lists its materials. Nothing is injection molded.
Can it handle heat?
Not much. PLA starts to soften around 140°F (60°C), and a car parked in the sun gets well past that. Keep Slabster products indoors and out of direct sun. More on heat and sunlight.
How do I clean it?
A soft cloth, mild soap and cool water, then let it air dry. No dishwasher, no hot water and no harsh solvents.
Will colors match between orders?
Close, but not always exact. Filament varies a little from batch to batch, and holographic finishes shift with the light. If you need pieces to match, order them together.
Why can I see fine lines on the surface?
Those are layer lines, and every 3D printed part has them. They're normal. Cracks, gaps between layers or warping are defects, and we'll fix those.
Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Most orders ship in 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday), then USPS takes it from there. Full shipping details.
Is shipping free?
On orders of $35 or more, yes, with USPS. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses, including US territories and APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, it may already be on the printer.
Can I get a custom color or size?
Ask. Email us what you have in mind and we'll tell you if it's doable and what it costs. Custom colors and sizes are final sale, though they're still covered for damage and defects.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Card shops, breakers and anyone building a wall of slabs can email help@slabster.co or pick "Custom or bulk order" on the contact page, and we'll quote it.
Returns and problems
