Shipping policy

Everything is 3D printed to order in Delaware, then packed and shipped by hand. Here's how long that takes and what it costs.

Processing time

Every order is made to order. Most ship within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US federal holidays, so an order placed on a weekend starts on Monday.

If your order can't ship inside that window (very large orders sometimes can't), we'll email you a new ship date before the window closes. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.

Transit times are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Add processing to get the full picture: a Ground Advantage order usually arrives 4 to 9 business days after you place it.

Free shipping

Orders of $35 or more ship free with USPS. The $35 is counted after discounts and before tax. On free shipping orders, we choose the USPS service.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. Territory and military orders can take longer to arrive.

We don't ship outside the US yet.

UPS

Large orders may ship with UPS, and you can ask for UPS on any order. Email us after you order. If UPS costs more than the shipping you paid, we'll quote the difference before it ships. UPS can't deliver to PO boxes or to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as the label is created. The first carrier scan can take up to a day to show up.

Address changes and cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change the address, change the order or cancel it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, it may already be on the printer or on its way.

If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address and cover the new shipping cost.

Late, lost or missing packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delays are out of our hands, but we'll still help you track it down.

Tracking hasn't updated in 7 days: email us and we'll open a search with the carrier. If the package can't be found, we'll reprint and reship or refund your order, your choice.
Marked delivered, but it's not there: check around your door, your mailbox and with neighbors, and give it 48 hours, since carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing? Email us within 7 days of the delivered scan and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. We can't replace packages that tracking shows as delivered.

Hot weather

Our products are printed in PLA, which can soften in extreme heat. In summer, bring your package inside soon after it's delivered. If something arrives warped, that's shipping damage and it's covered. See Returns & Damage.
